- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- stalks celery - 4 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- large can English peas - 1 item
- can French-style cut green beans - 1 item
- Chop onion, pepper and celery very fine
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain all beans and peas. Chop onion, pepper and celery very fine. Combine all and marinate 24 hours.Marinade:1 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1/2 c. Wesson oil1 Tbsp. salt1 tsp. paprika Drain and serve after 24 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
