Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 item
- diced, cooked chicken - 4 c
- mayo - 3/4 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- chopped almonds - 1/3 c
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 4 item
- grated Cheddar - 2/3 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Place in large shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine next 3 ingredients. Sprinkle on top. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until heated. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
