Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- stalks chopped celery - 4 item
- small jar chopped pimento - 1 item
- large can English peas - 1 item
- large can French green beans - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and paprika and pour into vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps well.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
