Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- corn oil - 1 c
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- cauliflower - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- can small English peas - 1 item
- or 4 stalks celery - 3 item
- or 3 raw carrots - 2 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Chop and add the bell pepper, onion, cauliflower, celery and carrots. Drain the remaining ingredients and add. Marinate at least 24 hours. Serves 20 to 25.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
