Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- Dressing:1 c
- can white corn - 1 item
- can small peas - 1 item
- can French string beans - 1 item
- chopped green pepper or red pepper - 1 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain all vegetables.Dressing:1 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. oil1 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. water1/2 tsp. pepper Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables. Keeps well in refrigerator for 10 days.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
