Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 8 oz
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can bean sprouts - 16 oz
- jar pimento - 4 oz
- can mushrooms, sliced - 6 8
- Shoe Peg corn, drained - 12 oz
- LeSueur peas, drained - 16 oz
- salt and pepper to taste no salt needed - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar1 c. water1 c. oil salt and pepper to taste (no salt needed) Mix all vegetables together in large bowl with a top. Mix up dressing and pour over vegetables. Mix well.
