- butter - 4 Tbsp
- medium carrots - 3 item
- red onion - 1 item
How to make vegetable medley:
Peel and slice carrots into 1-inch chunks. Coarsely chop red onion. Steam carrots and Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes more. Drain and add butter and salt to taste.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
