Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 6 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- paprika - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Tabasco - 1 tsp
- grits
- chili peppers optional - 1 item
How to make grits casserole:
Cook first 3 ingredients for 5 or 10 minutes until it is thick. Take off heat and cut 1 pound Velveeta cheese in this. Add beaten eggs and Tabasco; mix well. Add little chili peppers to taste. Bake for 1 hour at 250°. Sprinkle paprika on top.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
