- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- frozen mixed vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
How to make vegetable dish:
Cook package of frozen vegetables until half done and drain. Add celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Stir well and then add water chestnuts. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Dot with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
