  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • margarine - 1 c

How to make vanilla wafers:

Thoroughly cream the margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add milk and vanilla; chill. Roll thin. Cut out. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes. Makes about 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
