  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • pecans - 1 c
  • vanilla wafers - 4 c
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • Icing:1 stick butter
  • small can pineapple, drained - 1 item

How to make vanilla wafer cake:

Icing:1 stick butter1 small can pineapple, drained1 lb. powdered sugar Cake: Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Mix crumbs and baking powder. Add to butter and sugar mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour in 3 (8-inch) greased and floured pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

Icing: Cream butter and sugar; add pineapple and beat to spreading consistency. Spread on top of 3 layers only.
