Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can fruit cocktail with syrup - 1 oz
- 4 serving size lemon instant pudding - 1 pkg
- Pour in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan
How to make ugly duckling pudding cake:
Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in large bowl. Pour in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until cake springs back. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Spoon hot Butter Glaze over warm cake.Butter Glaze:1/2 c. each margarine and granulated sugar evaporated milk1 1/3 c. coconut Combine margarine, sugar and evaporated milk.
