Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- chopped green bell pepper - 1/2 c
- cans pork and beans - 2 oz
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
- can tomatoes, drained reserve liquid - 1 item
How to make two bean chili:
Combine onion and green pepper in a 2-quart microwave casserole; cover. Microwave on High 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients including tomato liquid. Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or heated thoroughly.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Chili.
