  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking chocolate, melted - 2 sq

How to make turtle cookies:

Melt chocolate and margarine. Set aside. Mix eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture. Cook in waffle iron for 1 minute. Frost with chocolate frosting, if desired.
