Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped green peppers - 5 Tbsp
- cooked turkey, cubed - 3 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- chicken or turkey broth - 3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese optional - 1/2 c
- spaghetti, broken in pieces - 8 oz
- canned mushrooms including juice - 1 c
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti in boiling water until just tender (do not overcook). Melt butter; blend in flour. Stir broth into flour mixture. Add cream. Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles.
