Turkey tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- cream - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 c
- sherry - 2 Tbsp
- cooked spaghetti - 4 oz
- turkey broth
- diced turkey - 2 c
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Saute pepper and mushrooms. Add flour, then broth; cook until thickened. Add cream, sherry, salt and turkey. Fold in cooked spaghetti. Cook in shallow casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
