Turkey salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- salad oil - 4 Tbsp
- orange juice - 4 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 qt
- diced celery - 3 c
- slivered almonds - 2 c
- rice, cooked
- green grapes - 3 c
- mandarin oranges - 3 c
- chunk pineapple - 3 c
- diced turkey - 4 c
How to make turkey salad:
Mix turkey, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand overnight.In morning, add mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapes, almonds, celery and rice. Toss together. Add mayonnaise, a little at a time. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Makes 25 servings.
