Ingredients/Components

  • cans water packed tuna, drained - 2 item
  • chopped onions - 2 tsp
  • chopped bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped sweet pickles - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
  • few drops hot Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salad dressing to taste - 4 5
  • apple, chopped - 1/2 item
  • chopped pecans - 2 tsp
  • grated cheese - 2 Tbsp

How to make tuna salad:

Mix ingredients together. Makes great sandwiches. Add lettuce and tomato to sandwich for extra taste and crunch.

Be sure to give the kitties the water drained from tuna. They love it.

Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches. Makes great stuffed "tomato" salad too.
