Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- plain low-fat yogurt - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- nonfat cottage cheese - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 2 oz
- can tuna, drained
- cooked noodles - 2 c
How to make tuna bake:
Mix in large bowl. Bake in 8 x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Each serving equals 3 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 bread and 1/2 milk.Recipe categories: Main dish, Tuna, One Dish meal.
