Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- Worcestershire - 2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- Tabasco - 1 Tbsp
- can beef bouillon - 1 item
- Tostados or Doritos
How to make tortilla soup:
In a large pot, saute onion, garlic and ground chuck in oil; drain off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, except chips and cheese; simmer 1 hour. Place broken chips and cheese in a separate bowls. Place chips in bottom of serving bowls; pour in sour and top with cheese.
