  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • 2 oz - 1/4 c
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • 6 oz
  • uncooked elbow macaroni

How to make three cheese macaroni:

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Add Cheddar and Swiss cheeses; stir until melted. Stir in grated cheese. Mix macaroni with cheese sauce. Pour into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese if desired. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top begins to brown.
