- pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
How to make texas hash:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add onion and green pepper. Cook with beef until tender. Add stewed tomatoes, rice, water and seasonings. Stir frequently until a thick consistency.
