Ingredients/Components
- salt
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- uncooked rice - 3/4 c
- large onion - 1 item
- stewed tomatoes - 1/2 can
- to 12 cabbage leaves - 10 item
How to make stuffed cabbage:
Bring water to a boil. Core cabbage and steam in hot water for 5 minutes, or until leaves come off easily. Combine all other ingredients with rice. Place about 1/4 cup of mixture on each cabbage leaf. Roll up leaf; turn edges under. Secure by rollingRecipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Ground beef.
