  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
  • can mixed vegetables - 1 1/2
  • frozen Tater Tots - 1 (32

How to make tater tot casserole:

Combine beef, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper in a skillet; cook until beef is brown. Drain. Spoon into a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with Tater Tots. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well. Spread over Tater Tots. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until well browned.
