  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • white vinegar
  • can pineapple tidbits - 16 oz
  • dry roasted peanuts - 1 c
  • diced apples - 2 c

How to make taffy apple salad:

Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix juice, marshmallows, flour, egg, vinegar and sugar. Cook over medium until thick. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add Cool Whip, pineapple, apples and peanuts to sauce. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
