- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- diced green chilies - 2 oz
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans pinto beans - 2 item
- can Mexican corn - 1 item
How to make taco soup:
Brown meat; drain off excess fat. Add other ingredients with meat in large saucepan and simmer several hours. Delicious with cornbread. Add water, if needed.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
