Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
- tortilla chips - 1 pkg
- head lettuce, chopped - 1 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 15 oz
- avocado, sliced - 1 item
How to make taco salad:
Dressing:1 1/4 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. prepared mustard1 tsp. salt1/4 c. sugar Cook ground beef; drain. Add oregano and salt. Combine rest of ingredients. Blend dressing; pour over salad and toss.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
