Taco dip
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese
- can refried beans - 1 item
- small can chopped black olives - 1 item
- carton guacamole dip - 1 item
- can mild green chilies - 1 oz
- jar thick and chunky picante sauce - 1 oz
How to make taco dip:
Warm beans to soften. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer the rest of the ingredients: onion, guacamole dip, sour cream mixed with 1/4 picante sauce, chilies, cheese, olives and remaining picante. Serve with tortilla chips.Note: I use 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup Monterey Jack.
