Ingredients/Components

  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • small can chopped black olives - 1 item
  • carton guacamole dip - 1 item
  • can mild green chilies - 1 oz
  • jar thick and chunky picante sauce - 1 oz

How to make taco dip:

Warm beans to soften. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer the rest of the ingredients: onion, guacamole dip, sour cream mixed with 1/4 picante sauce, chilies, cheese, olives and remaining picante. Serve with tortilla chips.

Note: I use 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup Monterey Jack.
