Taco dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- medium tomato, seeded and diced - 1/2 item
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- taco seasoning mix - 1 Tbsp
- garlic clove, chopped - 1 item
- chopped fresh cilantro or parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can bean dip - 1 oz
- pitted black olives, sliced - 1/4 c
- green onions with tips, thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make taco dip:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread bean dip over bottom of baking dish (5 x 7). In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix and garlic; mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle tomatoes, onions, olives, cilantro over dip.
