Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- cornmeal - 1/2 c
- can salmon, drained - 1 3/4
How to make salmon balls:
Mash salmon; add flour, cornmeal, soda, eggs and buttermilk. Shape into balls, using 1 teaspoon for each ball. Fry in 2-inches hot fat until brown. Drain and serve hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
