  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • head lettuce, chopped - 1/2 item
  • can pitted olives - 1 oz
  • avocado, peeled - 1 item

How to make taco appetizer:

Blend avocado, cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in a blender or processor until smooth. Spread mixture in an 8-inch pie plate. Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Refrigerate before serving. Serves 10 to 12. Serve with taco chips.
