Swiss chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 C
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 C
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 10
- chicken breasts, halved, skinned, boned - 6 item
- - 4x4 slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- herb-seasoned stuffing mix I use Pepperidge Farm, in the bag - 2 C
How to make swiss chicken casserole:
Arrange chicken in a greased 12x8 baking dish. Top with cheese, combine soup and milk. Stir well. Spoon over chicken. Mix the butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves: 6.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Main dish, Casseroles.
