- 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
- medium sweet yams - 78 item
- bag pecans, finely chopped - 1 item
- large bags marshmallows - 2 item
How to make sweet potatoes:
Bake yams in jackets. Remove skins while hot and mash; add crushed pineapple and pecans. Place in a greased casserole dish; top with marshmallows. Heat until marshmallows are brown. Yield: 200 servings.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Potato, Vegetables.
