Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 3 c
  • nuts pecans - 1 c

How to make sweet potatoes:

Melt margarine and add to it the brown sugar, flour and nuts. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
