Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 3/4 item
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Drain juice from sweet potatoes and mash. Add all ingredients. Pour in souffle dish. Bake at 350° for one hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
