Ingredients/Components
- to 10 medium size sweet potatoes, boiled - 8 item
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- sticks oleo, softened - 2 item
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
How to make sweet potato pudding:
Mash the potatoes and blend in oleo. Add balance of ingredients. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread about 1-inch thick in pan. Cook until brown at 350° to 370°. Cool and cut in squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Side dish, Vegetables.
