  • to 10 medium size sweet potatoes, boiled - 8 item
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 3/4 c
  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • sticks oleo, softened - 2 item
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Mash the potatoes and blend in oleo. Add balance of ingredients. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread about 1-inch thick in pan. Cook until brown at 350° to 370°. Cool and cut in squares.
