Sweet potato pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- corn flakes, crushed
- condensed milk - 1 c
- large can sweet potatoes - 1 item
How to make sweet potato pudding:
Topping:1 c. corn flakes, crushed1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts3/4 stick margarine Warm sweet potatoes in saucepan, drain and mash. In a separate bowl, cream sugar, eggs and margarine. Add milk and stir. Add mashed sweet potatoes and mix well. Bake in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish at 400° for 20 minutes.
