  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • white sugar
  • 9-inch pie shells - 2 item
  • can sweet condensed milk - 1 item
  • medium-size sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked until tender - 3 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mash potatoes; combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°. (Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie before cooking, if desired.) Can be made ahead and frozen.
