Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
• cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• unbaked 8-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, spices and milk. Add butter to sweet potatoes and blend with milk and egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
