  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • Eagle Brand milk - 1 c
  • small or medium-size potatoes - 2 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Boil potatoes until done. Drain and mash potatoes. Add margarine and eggs. Mix well. Mix in all other ingredients. Add cinnamon if desired. Cook in pie shells at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.
