  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Boil, skin and mash potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and pour in unbaked pie shells. (Makes 2 pies.) Cook approximately 35 minutes in oven at 350°. You may add 1 cup of coconut if desired.
