Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • large sweet potatoes, boiled then smashed - 3 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix everything and place in pie shells. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Makes 2 pies. Marshmallows can be put on top of pies the last few minutes of baking.
