  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes with all ingredients

How to make sweet potato crunch:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes with all ingredients. Cook in a 9-inch baking dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. chopped nuts Mix this topping and spread evenly over the potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
