Ingredients/Components

- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes with all ingredients
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cooked, mashed sweet potatoes with all ingredients. Cook in a 9-inch baking dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. chopped nuts Mix this topping and spread evenly over the potato mixture.
