Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- stick soft margarine - 1/3 item
- Spread into buttered baking pan
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix all ingredients well. Spread into buttered baking pan.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 stick soft margarine1 c. chopped nuts Mix all together (will be crumbly). Spread over top of potatoes. Bake at 340° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
