Ingredients/Components
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- butter or melted margarine - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. melted butter Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch dish (well-greased). Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
