Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 6 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- oleo - 1/3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. Mix last 4 ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
