Ingredients/Components

  • sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 6 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 4 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • oleo - 1/3 c

How to make sweet potato crunch:

Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. Mix last 4 ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
