Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/3 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
  • to 6 medium fresh sweet potatoes - 5 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

B:1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. pecans, chopped1/3 stick margarine, melted Combine ingredients of "A" and place in a shallow baking dish.

Combine ingredients of "B" and spread on top of potato mixture. (May double topping, if desired.)

Top with marshmallows. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
