  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut
  • nuts - 1 c
  • potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. nuts1/3 c. butter1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour Drain potatoes and then mash. Mix in other ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.

Topping: Melt butter and mix topping ingredients. Spread on top of mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20 minutes.
