  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 2 tsp
  • miniature marshmallows - 1/2 c
  • soft oleo - 1/4 c
  • can sweet potatoes - 1 item
  • sugar Frosted Flakes - 1 item

How to make sweet potato balls:

Mash sweet potatoes and stir in all ingredients except cereal. Dip out by spoonfuls and roll in crushed sugar Frosted Flakes. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 375° or until heated through. Serves 4.
