Ingredients/Components

  • bread crumbs - 2/3 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • ground beef - 3 lb
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • cans beef gravy - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 item

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix meat, bread, salt, pepper, onion and eggs. Shape and brown in oil. Mix gravy, brown sugar and soy sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer for about 35 minutes.
